How does Little Lunar work?

Why do you need my birthdate?
The birth dates of each parent are used to calculate the best times for conception of a boy or girl based on the hormonal cycles of both parents. Our formula examines how these cycles work in harmony with one another to conceive children at different points in the parents’ lives.
Is Little Lunar based on astrology?
Little Lunar is not based on astrology at all! It takes into account the hormonal cycles of both parents and how these work together to cause fluctuations in the chances of conceiving a child of each sex over time.
What do I get when I purchase the Little Lunar Conception Map?
Included in one downloadable pdf, your Little Lunar Conception Map displays a comprehensive, colour-coded graph that breaks down, month-by-month, the likelihood that you will conceive each gender over a four-year period.
What happens if my Little Lunar Conception Map isn’t accurate/I don’t get the sex I want?
Though our Little Lunar Conception Map will tell you the best time to conceive your chosen sex, there is always a small chance that the outcome will not be as desired. However, if you base your conception dates on the dates with the highest likelihood of conception of your chosen sex, you will be using a data-driven method to increase your chances of conceiving your chosen sex without a single lemon or kipper in sight!
I’m doing IVF - can I still use Little Lunar?
The Little Lunar method is based on natural conception methods. Unfortunately, our method cannot be altered to account for the differences that other methods such as IVF create.
Does Little Lunar work for same-sex relationships?
This all comes down to how you choose to conceive! We understand that there are many ways in which a person can become pregnant, however our Little Lunar method is based on natural conception dates. For same-sex couples using conception methods that closely mirror natural conception dates, our method may still be applied as long as the birth dates entered are those of the two people medically conceiving the child. However, any methods that disrupt the natural hormonal rhythms of either conceiving parent such as IVF, or the use of frozen eggs or sperm cannot be accounted for in our formula.
What is the science behind Little Lunar/which scientist/research centre developed the algorithm?
In the 1990’s, a scientific study was conducted by Hungarian scientists with thousands of participants, which found patterns that existed between the hormonal cycles of parents and the gender of conceived children. Using the results of this study, our own mathematicians and engineers developed a formula to predict the gender of future conceived children using the same data set from prospective parents, which has demonstrated 97% accuracy over decades of testing.
